Grade 4 Students Attend Virtual Events
Last week, the Grade 4 students were lucky enough to take part in two virtual events. The whole Grade 4 team would like to thank School Council for funding these events!
The first even was a virtual owl visit from the Medicine River Wildlife Centre. The second event was a virtual field trip with staff from the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology.
The students are learning about the geography and the history of Alberta. The Royal Tyrrell Museum field trip taught them about the geography, geology and paleontology involved with Alberta's history and landscape. They also got to see various fossils and learn about some of the many dinosaurs that have been found in the Badlands and can be viewed at the museum.
