Advent Concert-Last Minute Details!
Dear Parents,
We are so excited to once again to be hosting our Advent Concert at École Mother Teresa School this year.The concert will be on Wednesday, December 21 at 6:30 p.m., with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. for entrance to the concert venue. The concert venue is accessed at the doors for the shared facility (middle doors- bottom of the hill).
We ask that you drop off your children at the main doors of École Mother Teresa School no earlier than 5:45. p.m. There will be staff located in the gathering area of École Mother Teresa directing you and your child/children as to which classroom they will be staying in during the performance. Your children will be shown the classroom during their dress rehearsal on the afternoon of Wednesday, Dec. 21st. Once at the classroom, we ask that you sign your child in and let us know who will be picking them up so that they can be signed out. When the concert is finished we ask that you return to the classroom to sign out your child. This is a larger building than ours and this ensures that all children are with their guardians.
The main doors of École Mother Teresa School will open at 5:45 for you to drop off your children. We highly recommend that one parent drop off your child(ren) at the École Mother Teresa School main doors and that the other parent or family member get in line at the Shared Facility (middle doors-bottom of the hill) for entrance into the Advent Concert at 6:00 p.m.
