Please view the invite from Our Lady of the Assumption Parish for your Grade 2 child to receive his/her First Reconciliation & First Communion. Your child must be baptized Catholic in order to receive these 2 sacraments. The registration form and PIPA form that Our Lady of the Assumption Parish requires can be dropped off at our office along with the $30 registration fee. All registrations must be done before October 4, 2019.
