Last week Mrs.O'Gorman presented a "Research Workshop" to all the Grade One students at EOLRS. This week, the students will be beginning their animal research projects which will be focused on animal appearance, habitation, adaptation and where animals can be found. This year the students will focus on the animals from the Seven Sacred Teachings. Their year-end field trip to the Calgary Zoo enhances what they will learn about animals and the zoo booklets they complete on their field trip allows them to research animals while having fun with their friends.
