Mme Masikewich's Class Explored Iqaluit

We have begun our study on Iqaluit, Nunavut. Last week, we explored the town and walked around using Google maps, we even dropped ourselves into school and were able to walk around the hallways looking at art. We noticed that most of the art had igloos, fur, fish, dog sleds, lots of snow and Inukshuks. We "packed our suitcases" to go there and students drew what they wanted to bring in small groups.
